The Claimant visited the Insured Chiropractor after a fall. She was ultimately diagnosed with a disc extrusion with foot drop, requiring surgery. The claimant alleged the Insured’s treatment caused the disc extrusion.

The Insurer reserved $390,000 for settlement and $50,000 in legal costs.
