A dietician was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer during the insurance period and needed to undergo radiotherapy and surgery. Medical reports and the Insured’s treating doctors determined that the condition was not a pre-existing condition, so it was covered under their policy.

The Insured was able to make a claim for Weekly Sickness Benefits of $1,000 per week whilst they were undergoing treatment and unable to work.
