A physiotherapist suffered gallstones and required surgery. They were unable to work for two weeks post-surgery and returned to work in a reduced capacity for several weeks until they had fully recovered.

The Insured claimed Weekly Sickness Benefits. Their policy paid a Temporary Total Disablement of $1,400 per week during the 2-week post-surgery period and a Temporary Partial Disablement of $790 per week until they had fully recovered.
