The Insured provide nutrition and dietician services. The Insured shared statements both on social media and in print which the claimant, who also worked in this industry believed were defamatory and caused them a loss of income.

A settlement sum of $200,000 was agreed with the Insurer incurring an additional $200,000 in legal costs defending the Insured.
