The 70 year old Claimant allegedly sustained a right shoulder injury when he slipped on cut hair on the floor of the Insured’s barber shop while getting up from the chair after having his hair cut.
Outcome
A Settlement of $75,000 was agreed along with an additional $10,000 in legal fees were paid by the Insurer.
