Our New Year’s Resolutions
The B4B team has set four resolutions for the new year. What can we say? We’re an ambitious group!
But these are more than just goals for us. They’re promises to our brokers that help us meet our commitment to you.
1. Provide access to market leading products – We’re continuing to enhance our offering, so you can better service your current SME clients and expand your books this year.
2. Maintain our high NPS score – We achieved a score of 70+ last year and aim to meet or beat it in 2022! Our Customer Support team is ready to step up their game and help you with whatever your brokerage needs to succeed.
3. Continue to improve our platform – The B4B platform is great (in our humble opinion), but of course it can be better. Improvements are always on our mind and will continue to roll out over the next 12 months and beyond.
4. Always listen to our brokers – We wouldn’t be where we are without brokers like you! Your feedback drives platform improvements that help us support your brokerage in new and exciting ways.
